Home Basics Walkerburn Home Basics is a Scottish reuse charity providing quality furniture, white goods and household items.

Home Basics is a registered Scottish charity established in 1999 to provide quality second-hand furniture, white goods and other household items to everyone in the Scottish Borders, but giving priority and discount to those on low incomes and those most in need so they are able to furnish their homes with quality goods. In promoting reuse, we aim to reduce landfill which keeps costs down and more

importantly helps look after our planet for future generations. We could not do what we do without our generous donors, our great team of volunteers and our supportive customers. Sales Days:
Walkerburn Depot: Monday to Friday 10:00 - 16:00 Saturdays 11:00 - 14:00


Hawick Depot: Monday to Friday 10:00 - 16:00 and Saturday 10:00 - 13:00
