Manufacturing Operative
Due to continued growth we are actively looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join our team at our workshop near Foveran.
We process advanced materials mainly by CNC processing, the primary duties will be bonding of materials, surface preparation and final product assembly.
Key Skills Required:
Possess a high attention to detail.
Experience of using sanding / surface preparation tools.
Experience of using epoxy resin type adhesives and coatings (training will be provided)
Be physically fit and active for manual handling of materials.
Perform work to high level of accuracy.
Ability to solve problems if problems are faced.
Flexible attitude including the willingness to work on different tasks as the company requires.
Keeping work areas clean and tidy during production.
UK driving license.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
This role may suit someone with previous experience in car body repair type work or with joinery skills.

What we offer:
Competitive salary based on level of experience
40 hours working per week Monday – Friday, opportunities for overtime working
Company PPE provided.
Training provided where required.

Hex Cabinet
A bespoke cabinet which we recently completed 😍
This was produced to be deeper than a regular cabinet and the doors are unique in that the customer was looking for a handle-less appearance with no visible gap between the doors so the pattern was continuous with the doors closed.
The hexagonal pattern was appropriately sized for the doors and CNC cut to perfection.
We are very pleased with the result 😃

Considering a new table or desk?
Our hardwood tables are a sound investment.
Why is that?
As time passes you may get bored of the colour or your room style changes then the tabletops can be re-coloured and/or the legs can easily be changed to a different style.
All our hard wood tables are produced from stunning grade A kiln dried timber, this is where the cost lies.

Try doing that with some nasty plastic or veneered tables from the mainstream suppliers.

This will become a bespoke kitchen worktop.

We planned it flat on both faces and square cut 3 edges.
Customer will deal with the crack stabilisation and resin repairs.

Growrooms
A recent project which we did for an upcoming exhibition for the Glasgow School Of Art.
These growrooms are large orb like structures which allow an abundance of plants to be grown in a vertical, stacked orientation.
Their end use is completely flexible and can also be used to showcase various items on the vast number of large shelves.
The design for these is open sourced and freely available online, we provided the CNC cut plywood kits with the customer assembling them onsite themselves.
