Mole Vintage will be at this event next week. Not displaying our usual Antiques and Vintage wares. I've been trying my hand at some Wood Art, and enjoying it very much. I've been using scroll saw, and a selection of mostly hardwoods to make my pieces. I've added a couple of pics, but please do head along to the hall next week to see them all. The unique base looks to have been fabricated by the engineer who once used the lamp to suit his use of the lamp. The lamp is rewired with turquoise colour silk flex. The on off switch is at the head of the lamp on the bulb holder.

Before and after pictures of cleaning and preparing a Industrial Mek Elek floor standing lamp. Just need a Mek Elek green enamel shade. This lamp has a very rare base with castors. I didn't overly burnish and polish as not loose the lamps character.
