4 day work week ... shall I change job? 🤔

100% of the work – in 80% of the time – for 100% pay?

Yes.

The last couple of years have been…well, intense, but for all the negatives it brought, the pandemic made everyone take a step back and re-evaluate things, encouraged innovation and showed us the importance of mental wellbeing.

We can’t think of a better way to use all that we have learned during the upside-down, than to lead the way locally with a 4-day working week!

Our offices will remain open 5 days a week, and you can be assured that you won’t notice any drop in our first class legal service – but our staff will enjoy a designated extra day off to rest, creating a healthy work-life balance which we know will mean a positive, focused, and productive at the office.
