Treske is an independent family firm with over 40 years experience of making hardwood furniture, bespoke kitchens and special church commissions. We use modern technology but remain totally committed to the skills of our workforce who select the best timbers, excel at fine craftsmanship and produce the exquisite finishes which keep our clients coming back for more. A special commission led to a unique range of furniture for Treske.

A round dining table (seen here) designed by Patrica because the client couldn’t find a piece to match his specifications.

The client was so impressed that he requested a console table in the same style. From here the Porta Range was born.

These images show the two beautiful bespoke pieces in situ. The dining table is accompanied by 8 Artisan Mela Chairs.

Meet John Gabler, our Principal Kitchen Designer and the driving force behind Treske’s kitchens.

With over 25 years of international experience spanning fine residential projects, bespoke furniture, and ecclesiastical commissions across the UK, USA, Australia, and Hong Kong, John brings a rare depth of authority to custom kitchen design.

What truly sets John apart is his foundation as a practical cabinetmaker. Having spent years at the workbench, he understands raw timber from the inside out. We designed and built this complete kitchen to bridge the gap between cooking and dining in a large space. Combining deep-toned, hand-painted cabinetry with warm natural elm, we extended the timber design language with the curated dining table, chairs, and bar stools.

Inside, every drawer is engineered for daily use, from dovetail construction to custom-tiered spice racks and vertical baking tray dividers right beneath the oven.
