We wanted to share an important update with all of you, because without your support, we couldn't do what we do!
As many of you will know, Bluebell Design began in 2019 and has been my full time job since 2020. It's run by myself, James, with my fiancee, Charlotte.
I do most of the design, build and installation, whilst Charlotte helps me run the business.
I absolutely love what I do and I have no intention of slowing down, but I've also wanted to get into work that makes me part of a bigger team and supports the community.
With that in mind... I've recently joined the Fire and Rescue service on a retained basis, I've completed most of my training and I'm absolutely loving it!
So what does this mean for Bluebell Design? Well I'll still be here, doing what I love, making bespoke furniture for you all.
However, when I'm in my workshop (not when I'm booked to visit your home), I'll be on-call for emergencies.
Usually, the number of calls is pretty low and I'm already factoring the right amount of time into my build plans.
However, very ocassionally there can be a spike, for example extreme weather can mean more emergencies, which could then cause limited production delays.
Rest assured though, we'll always keep you informed on your projects and do whatever we can to minimise the impact to you.
All we ask is that you bear with us please, we're getting used to this adjustment in our lives and learning how to make it all work best, always with you in mind.
To that end, we want to say a massive thank you to all the lovely customers who worked with us to create time for me to attend the training, your support is so very appreciated!
Now I'm mostly complete on my training, I'm booking projects for the all important run up to christmas, this is always a busy time so make sure you get in touch soon if you'd like to work together on your next project!
