We are proud to announce a pivotal milestone in Supremo Leisure’s journey. After five years of remarkable growth, we’re entering a new chapter driven by innovative leadership and a shared commitment to our core values.

Effective immediately, Adam Gregory, our current Commercial Director, will take on the role of Managing Director, while Zac Windsor will assume the role of Commercial Director. Julian Windsor, our founder, will transition to Chairman, continuing to provide strategic guidance and mentorship.

This leadership succession reflects our dedication to stability, innovation, and long-term growth, while preserving the family values that have been at the heart of Supremo Leisure from day one.

Get into the Christmas spirit with Cranberry & Clementine Cracker Cocktail!

Perfectly presented on our Risha Dining Set, this delightful cocktail combines the tartness of fresh cranberries with the bright, juicy flavour of clementines, all perfectly balanced with smooth gin. Find the recipe & method below:

Equipment: 2 Martini Glasses, Shaker, Jigger, 2 Small Plates & 2 Optional Candy Cane Stirrers

Ingredients: Ice, 75ml Gin, 25ml Amaretto, 75ml Cranberry Juice, 75ml Clementine Juice, Squeeze of Lemon Juice, Garnish, Sprinkle of Caster Sugar

Method: Pour caster sugar onto a small plate and a splash of gin onto another plate. Upturn the glasses, ensuring the rims are moistened with the gin. Then, turn the glasses into the caster sugar, covering the entire rim. This will give your glasses a beautiful, snow-like appearance.

For the cocktail, combine ice and all liquid ingredients in a shaker, shaking vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain and serve with care. 

Enhance the experience further with candy cane stirrers, adding a delightful festive charm to every sip.
