Moodboard π€
When you translate your ideas into picture form, you create a little bit of magic on the page and it gives you a starting point for a room/ style/ feature.
Being able to translate a look, feel or βvibeβ isnβt always as simple as it seems but starting with images, and trusting your eye when you see what links to the idea you have and collating them on the page can give you the building block to achieve it. β¨

You can make your mood board by the old school tactful cut and paste way or grab your laptop and start on a blank document. Which is best? Both!
β¦Digital is great for the instant download/ drag and drop element and the fact you can throw your pictures into the bin if theyβre not sitting right with your aesthetic!
Cutting out and glueing can be a little more time consuming, but a great way to get ideas onto a page especially if your preferred image sources are from magazines!
Or try the best of both worlds and print your digital mood board off and add some drawn or glued elements too ππ½
Having a physical printed mood board can be a great way to make sure you see it every day and bring your ideas into reality β¨
