As our club continues to grow, we’re changing the format of our Presentation Event this year — and to make the day run smoothly, we’ll be holding our main raffle ONLINE in advance, with all prizes available for collection on Presentation Day. 💜⚽

We’ll also be hosting a separate bottle raffle on the day itself, with tickets available to purchase at the door! 🍾

ITS FESTIVAL SEASON 😆 🎉

The u7s had an absolute blast this morning at the Clydach Festival! A huge thank you to all the organisers and volunteers who made the event run so smoothly throughout the day 👏

The team came up against some seriously tough opposition, but every single girl gave 110% right until the very last kick of every game. While results didn’t quite always go our way, the girls picked up a brilliant win and were incredibly unlucky not to grab another after a fantastic performance 💪🔥

There were some superb team goals scored throughout the morning, outstanding defending, and some brilliant passages of football played. The effort, attitude and togetherness shown by the girls made us incredibly proud 👏

Player of the week 🏆
This week’s Player of the Week goes to Ella! For her sheer determination not only this morning, but over the past few weeks as well. Ella has given absolutely everything every time she steps onto the pitch.. Well done Ella! 🌟👏

To finish off a fantastic morning, the girls proudly collected their medals, had plenty of laughs between games playing “Taco Gato Cabra Queso Pizza” (yes… in Spanish! 😂🇪🇸 Thank you Clara’s mum Beth for entertaining the girls!), but most importantly they played with pride, passion and togetherness all day long! Well done girls! 👏

That’s a wrap! 🚀

What a way to finish from the Rockets — two fantastic wins, including another huge victory over league leaders St. Clears! 💪

The girls played some incredible football this week, with some truly outstanding goals to top it off ⚽🔥

That brings the season to a close for our girls, and marks our final competitive games as Gower Galaxy 😭 ahead of our exciting merger with Garden Village 🤩

But we’re not done just yet… festival season is here! Wishing all our Galaxy girls the very best of luck over the next two months — what a remarkable year it’s been for the club, we're so proud of you!! 💜

This evening our U7s hosted a fantastic Summer Round-Robin at Elba, welcoming two teams from Loughor and one from Gorseinon ⚽️ It was a nice little change from our usual training session, and a great way to keep the girls competitive as we head into the Summer ☀️

The girls played brilliantly together, showing some lovely football, great teamwork, and plenty of goals! There was some fearless tackling followed by strong counter-attacks... a real joy to watch. On another day, we could have scored more, but all opposition sides put up a tough battle 👏

All six girls were fantastic, but this week’s Player of the Week 🏆 goes to Clara for her confident showboating on the ball — her heel flicks and pull-backs were on top form!

Next up: the Clydach Festival on 10th May… it’s come around quickly! See you all at training next week 💪 Well done girls, such a brilliant little team!

Evans & Williams - 1

The U13 rounded off their season in superb fashion on Sunday with an outstanding victory over Evans & Williams in the Plate Final.

Despite facing a physical and determined Evans & Williams side and going 0-1 behind after 23 minutes the girls worked hard for one another throughout the game and fought hard to in the end win the game 5-1.

The performance was a fitting summary of the season as a whole showing how far the team has progressed through their consistent effort and commitment to the team.

Every player contributed to the win on Sunday and the final whistle was met with smiles and celebrations from the players and even bigger smiles and cheers from the parents and coaches who are immensely proud of your footballing journey this season 💜💜

A brilliant Plate Final win and a perfect way for the U13 Gower Galaxy Girls to end their season 💜

Congratulations to Skye who was deservedly named Player of the Match on Sunday - well done Skye 💜

Plate final 💜

A beautiful morning for a final and the final game of the season for our u12s.

The squad were in great spirits this morning meeting for breakfast before getting on the coach with some tunes going ready to take us to the ground.

The girls all did brilliantly today against a very good St Joseph's side, Galaxy battled all game and didn't give up all match and did us parents, coaches the club and themselves proud, it wasn't our day today but not through not giving it their all 💜.

The player of the match choosen by the officials was Gwynnie 👏, despite the score line she made some absolutely incredible saves today, well done and well deserved 💜.

What a fantastic season it has been, winners of division D in the leauge 🏆 and runners up in the Plate competition all the the girls should be really proud of their achievements I know we all are 💜
