Why We Send Print Proofs

Before anything goes to print, we send a proof for the customer to review and approve. This is an important opportunity to check that the layout looks right, all contact details are correct and, most importantly, there are no spelling mistakes.

Please check your proof carefully before approving it. Once approval has been given and the artwork has gone to print, no further alterations can be made. Any reprinting required due to an error that was approved on the proof may result in additional charges.

Customer Notice

Due to personal circumstances, we will be working reduced hours over the next few months.

We currently have a high volume of work in progress and are doing our very best to work through it as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a result, responses to emails, messages, and telephone calls may take a little longer than usual.
