✨STUNNING CHEST OF DRAWERS✨

The body of this piece has been painted in this matt black colour, called ‘absolute granite’, Which is from the ELLE decoration collection. All hardware was removed prior and has been cleaned and polished! lovely piece.
Side note: two of the petals on the bottom right k**b are missing, this is therefore reflected in the price.

✨Classy Edwardian chest of drawers✨ SOLD.

The handles on this piece have firstly been buffed and polished to bring them to their original shiny self. Then the body of the unit had been painted in the shade ‘absolute granite’ which is from mine Elle decoration range by crown. The finish is a beautiful ashy matt black colour. Lovely transformation

✨MODERN STYLE BEDSIDE TABLES IN GREY✨

Here we have two lovely refurbished bedside units. Both units have firstly been sanded to remove previous wear and tear. The body has then been painted in the shade ‘Rock Solid’ from the ELLE decoration range by Crown (bit of a recurring theme lol). We use this paint on all of our upcycling projects as we’ve found it to the nicest wood paint out there. It goes on so well, covers well and dries very quickly and evenly. After painting we added a few half cup handles to the drawers as everyone seems to love them at the moment🤷🏻‍♀️ We then finished this up cycle by varnishing the tops in a clear varnish so that they are more durable for the future customer (AKA less cup ring masks 🤣).

✨STUNNING BLACK AND GOLD CHEST OF DRAWERS✨

Today’s project finished...

The body of this piece has been painted in this matt black colour, called ‘absolute granite’, Which is from the ELLE decoration collection. All hardware was removed prior and has been cleaned. These old fashioned handles scrubbed up so so well!! I then decided to use a gold metallic paint to highlight the original decorative carvings this piece had, as that was what drew me to this piece in the first place. Such a bold and classy piece I must say!! ☺️

✨UPCYCLED 1970s RETRO TV CABINET✨(SOLD)

The body of this piece has been painted in the colour ‘absolute granite’ from the ELLE decoration range. The handles have then been polished and the front of the drawers have been lined with a geometric print paper. Very pleased with this transformation...

UPCYCLED INDUSTRIAL STYLE COFFEE TABLE...

This coffee table was the very first item I bought when starting out my upcycling business! I remember bringing it home and realising the top needed a good sanding. As I didn’t have a sander at that point it got put to the side and forgotten about... until today. When I went in the garage this morning I just thought this table deserves to be more than just a place we put our cans of paint!! Took a lot of sanding and a few coats of paint... but there it is, and it’s

✨NEW LOGO✨

Hi friends 👋🏼

Proud to announce that this beautiful design will be our new logo and the new face of our business!!! What an improvement ey??? 🤣

The old logo was something I created myself around a month ago, when we first started up! It was literally a picture of the wall in my garage with the name of the business on top, so as you can imagine this is a massive improvement lol! 🤣

We are so very lucky to have a brilliant digital artist in the family, who has kindly created this logo for us! Luke Abbott Design cannot thank you enough... I’m obsessed! 😂 within the space of a few messages Lukuss was able to basically read my mind and create this lovely design. A logo is the first introduction that a business gives to a customer, so getting it right is obviously really important. I’m so happy that our small business now has a symbol that represents who we are. It’s really given us our own brand identity and I’m so grateful for that!

Our brand is of course about reusing and reducing the global footprint but it’s also a representation of how important it is to try something new. My mum and myself had no previous experience in restoring furniture until a month ago and now we have both a b&q and Homebase loyalty card 🤣

Anyways... I thought I’d share this milestone with you all as I’m obsessed and thought you all should see Lukuss’ amazing work!

Expect a Chinese on me Lukuss!😉

The body has been painted in the colour ‘white feather’ and the back has been lined with a silver floral wallpaper as shown!
Please note this unit had a slight hairline crack on the lower left side, however we have since filled this with a wood filler and is now barely visible! This is reflected in the price!

As always we have enjoyed turning an old unit into something that can be loved again! But our main aim is always to create affordable, sustainable furniture which is also trendy and unique!
