This June, our eco pellets are available for a donation to our chosen charity - the Buddy Bag Foundation 🎒

Take a bag, take a pallet, take what you need. Every penny goes to a cause that truly matters 💙

Our pellets are made right here in our Cavendish workshop, crafted from the offcuts of our own timber so nothing goes to waste ♻️

Compressed into dense, uniform pellets, they burn hotter and longer than traditional logs… with barely any ash to clear.

Perfect for those long summer evenings around the fire pit 🔥

Usual prices… but for the month of June you can take as many as you like for a charity donation.

Your donation goes to the Buddy Bag Foundation… providing backpacks filled with essentials to children arriving at emergency accommodation after fleeing domestic abuse.

Meet the Maker - Liam 🎯

Liam’s been with here at Precision Made Joinery for just over 6 months now, but he's been honing his craft for around 3 years. He grew up with a contractor dad and a natural love for working with his hands, and that passion shows every single day.

Right now he’s deep into building our Contemporary Window Line - sealing, glazing, cutting in, shooting sashes and getting to grips with our signature drop hinges for the first time. These are a unique by design as they’re removable for easy cleaning, too.

Liam is genuinely invested in every stage of the process here at PMJ... From the machining and moulding on the spindle machines, to the fine detail work at the bench - nothing gets half the effort!

When Liam's not in the workshop, you’ll find him behind the decks. Joinery by day, DJ by night - we love the energy, Liam! 🎧

With a fantastic work ethic, it is brilliant to have Liam in the team 👏

Quartz worktops, templated and fitted by our local worktop supplier, cut precisely to follow the curve of the peninsula.

hardware throughout…the kind of detail you reach for a hundred times a day, so it has to feel right every single time.

A X Pure induction hob sits flush into the worktop, keeping the surface clean and completely uninterrupted.

refrigeration and handling the rest…appliances chosen for how they work, not just how they look.

Before sign-off, our clients came back into the showroom to hold the handles, see the samples together, and make every final call face to face.

That step matters so much to us, and it’s how details stop being decisions and start being right for the person who will actually be using them day in, day out.

A decade is no small thing, and Chris has been a brilliant part of our team every step of the way.

From completing his apprenticeship early in his career to becoming one of the most trusted and versatile members of our workshop, Chris has always brought the same thing to work every day… reliability, skill, and a real willingness to get stuck in.

Whether it’s operating specialist machinery, keeping our health & safety standards where they need to be, or simply being the first person people turn to when they need a hand, Chris is exactly the kind of person that makes a team work.

Ten years in, and there’s not much he can’t turn his hand to. Here’s to you, Chris - thank you for everything you bring to PMJ.

There’s something quietly satisfying about a room that works as hard as it looks good.

Painted in Denim Overalls, this utility room has a calm, almost coastal quality to it… the kind of space that makes even a pile of laundry feel manageable.

Clean lines, cool tones, and not a thing out of place.

But behind that serene finish is a lot of clever thinking…

A tall, partitioned cabinet keeps the ironing board and vacuum tucked neatly out of sight, with shelves above for the iron, shoes, and boots. Lower cupboards conceal the washing machine and tumble dryer completely, so the room feels orderly and calm.

Designed by , and built by our talented team of joiners to make the everyday feel a little more considered.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT ✨

From our first conversation in the showroom to the final fit, this kitchen was a true collaboration... and exactly the kind of project we love.

Our clients came to us with plans for their new extension and a clear feeling of what they wanted: more light, more space, and a kitchen that felt generous without feeling heavy.

Working with a local builder, we surveyed the space as the build progressed and refined the design around what the room was actually becoming... not just what was on paper 📝

The result is a kitchen designed entirely from scratch to work with its surroundings….

A curved peninsula anchors the room, with cupboards on both sides for serious storage without the bulk.

Around the service riser, we kept things to base units only, letting the original walls breathe and hold onto the character of the space.

Materials were chosen with care and sourced close to home where possible.

Tulipwood cabinetry, quartz worktops templated and fitted by our local worktop supplier, and hardware throughout.

A X Pure induction hob keeps the worktop clean and uninterrupted, with refrigeration and handling everything else.

Once production was underway, our clients came back into the showroom to walk through the finer details - worktops, handles, sink - before everything was signed off and ordered. It’s a process that takes a little longer, but it’s how we make sure every decision is considered, and nothing is left to chance.

Every business involved in this project was local, which was what mattered most to us!
