A big deciding factor with why I opted to slave for Viezu was put into practice tonight! A good friend of mine phoned me up this afternoon explaining how he's got an Adblue fault on his van. He's topped up the Adblue but its still counting down to Vehicle none start. Got it in, found the fault and gave him his options
Option 1: We repair the fault but we won't be able to get the parts now as everywhere is closed.
Option 2: We map the Adblue system out.
He opted to map it out to keep himself and his customers on the road. File sent at 20:39 and received back by 20:51. Flashed to the van and the customer is on his way over the moon that he doesn't have to cancel on his customers Monday morning and of course increased power and efficiency and just the overall driveability of his van.

The wife maybe not so impressed with me working till almost 10 oclock mind. Best not make this a common accurance 😂😂

He carries a fair amount of weight and just felt like he needed a little more power which we gave him with around a 40bhp increase and 85nm of torque, the customer is over the moon with the results and has said its completely transformed his van.

This is why we dont like fitting customer supplied parts now got an awkward conversation explaining how the part supplied is faulty. If I had supplied the part I would be now rectifying this under warranty but instead the customer has got to message the seller and sort out what the next step is. 😭
