What a brilliant day in the Catalyst Building at working with another fantastic group of Design students from schools and colleges across the region! 🙌

Over 70 students took part in a full day of creative challenges, kicking things off Automotive Design and Product, Furniture and Ceramics. After lunch, it was all about Architecture and Fashion 🏡👗

Big congratulations to the winning team from Thomas Telford School, such impressive models and structures! 👏 The energy, creativity and quality of work across the board was incredible, from models and sketches to innovative structures.

Thanks to everyone who joined us and made the day so inspiring! 🔥 DM us to get in touch if you’d like to bring your group to our next challenge!

I really admire Toby who started a custom car parts business in his 2nd year.

It has grown and we supported Toby Rainbow with his education so that it would benefit his business objectives.

Today is a proud moment for all of us as Ethan Meekin has designed a wing and bonnet for Toby and it’s the first time he has seen anything he has designed in production.

Nobody exemplifies growth like Willow.

From a shy and retiring young person to a confident force for of positivity at graduation.

Willow grew wings and became a butterfly and what better way to show it than in this beautiful superyacht influenced by Mc Laren sports cars.

Willow has a creative mind that when watered and cast in sunlight flowers.

Enjoy the flowering of Willows wonderful yacht.

We’d just like to talk about the brilliant Toby Rainbow (In the middle).

At staffs we want our students to find their own way and follow their own paths.

Toby certainly did this.

During his second year he has built a 6 figure business designing and selling custom car parts, Tain Customs.

And he still managed to get a first in his degree.

Not only that Toby had a brilliant sense of humour and was the glue that held his class mates together.

We are really proud of you and your entrepreneurial spirit Toby
