ll UK businesses. We aim to keep all our packaging as plastic free as possible - but we do sometimes use recycled bubble wrap on orders that need a little extra protection. A lot of our products are made using reclaimed timber, this is a mixture of scaffolding boards, pallet wood etc. it is all refinished here in our workshop to ensure that it looks beautiful but still retains its patina and character. A little about us…I launched the business when I decided that I would like to work from home after having our second baby in 2015, instead of returning to the ‘day job’. I (Betty) have a BA (hons) Degree in Interior Design and my hubby (Betty’s Mr) has a BA (hons) Degree in Textiles and Surface Design, we have been up-cycling, crafting and making for our own home for years so this seemed like a natural progression.
