Not written here for a long time, just wanted to do a shout out as I prepare to do the Wilmslow half Marathon (with Angus) in just over a weeks time for crohnsandcolitisuk. Thankyou to everyone who is helping us to get to our goal and helping those with Crohns (like Angus) get valuable support . I may not run it all but I will finish it with pride and determination 🙌
