Dog shredded ottoman brought back to life.

This Harris Tweed ottoman has been well used over the years and chewed by the customer’s puppy.

It was a really sturdy piece and too good to throw away so we picked a Moon 100% wool weave in gorgeous green tones.

Bespoke deep button footstool

This beautiful footstool was made to the customer’s exact specifications. She wanted the footstool to be large enough to use as a coffee table and fit perfectly in their living room.

The wooden frame was made by a local maker and the striking fabric is small prints, in 100% linen.

A bespoke ottoman has also been made for the customer’s hallway, watch this space for the finished bench.

Made to measure seating!

This fabulous U shaped seating booth was made by the very talented . It was made with loads of storage inside, they adapted their old dining table to fit, and put in an Oak shelving unit to finish it off nicely.

The customer wanted removable cushions so they could easily access the storage, we added a non slip fabric to keep the cushions in place while the family enjoy their dinner times together.

We also created a made to measure back rest and two seat cushions for their kitchen stools.

Cushions for a fabulous mid century modern kitchen.

This beautiful dark green wool boucle by goes perfectly with the wooden kitchen units and seating.

The seat pads are held on with discreet Velcro fixings and the seating has non-slip fabric underneath to stop them from sliding around.

Reused, reworked, reloved!

This sofa was part of a larger suite, the customer wanted a bigger main sofa, but loved the shape of this one, so decided to keep it and recover to match up with their new furniture.

The sofa was taken back to the wood, the arms were originally covered with cardboard, but over time had dented. So, I reworked the arms using webbing and hessian to create a stronger structure.

Then it was recovered with this fabulous olive gLinwood Fabricabric omega velvet. A new seat cushion was added for extra comfort and a bit of luxury.

It looked perfect back where it belonged, alongside.

Tangerine dream!

The customer had been looking to refresh her living room, and initially considered buying a new sofa and matching chair. And have her large antique arm chair reupholstered to match her new room.

After some research, she decided to get the suite and chair fully reupholstered too. She loved the shape, they fitted well in her room and were also really well made pieces.

The three seater sofa and chair were fully stripped back and all the foam cushions were replaced with feather wrapped foam giving them a more luxurious feel.

She decided on this beautiful tangerine plush velvet.

And they were delivered just in time for her Christmas visitors.

Next stop the antique armchair and footstool, which will be covered in a complimentary dark navy.

This beautifully shaped sofa had hardly been used, but had spent too long sunning itself next to a bright window.

Sofa supreme!

This sofa had been well loved and really well made.

The customer’s were moving house and wanted to update their current sofa and to buy a new one to match.

So, we chose a neutral fabric so they could find something very similar to match to.

The cushion are all feather filled for that sink into the sofa feeling.
