What we have been up to over the last couple of weeks.

We have removed old and corded steel steps and frame, to fit new structure and steps. We have then painted the whole stair case to protect from the weather.

We are celebrating this month, with being in business for 5 years and moving premises to a brand new unit.

We have had ups and down like most businesses, but we are still here taking care of commercial property needs. From office and shop fit outs, to day to day maintenance and repairs.

What we have been up to over the last couple of weeks.

We have removed the ceiling ready for shutter replacement and then re installed the ceiling, lights, security and fire panel.

What we have been up to this week.

We have been repairing a brick wall that had been damaged in a car park, we are back next week to reinstall the handrail, making safe a roof line with damaged stone work, installing plumbing ready for a new coffee machine.

What we have been up to this week.

We have been decorating a back of house area for Currys, replacing taps and removing part of the kitchen, so the fridge could be moved for a new dishwasher to be installed.

What we have been up to this week.

We have been repairing a ceiling by fitting new MDF, after the last section fell down. Resupporting a door, planing and repainting doors and carrying out roof inspections due to internal leaks.

We have been repairing boxing after shutter repairs and we have been repairing leak damage to a ceiling.

What we have been up to this week.

We have been gutter clearing,around pigeon spikes. To refitting a toilet to a Doc M, after the wrong toilet had been fitted on a call out. To creating access for shutter works and carrying out the repairs after. We have had to work around the clock, to achieve these jobs, to keep the businesses trading.

Due to our industry, we appreciate how important the environment is. That's why we aim to provide a donation of items to good causes or local communities, and any remaining waste is taken to specialist recycling centres. Usually only about 10-30% of waste ends up as landfill!
