From unused to one of the most loved spaces in the home 🥰

This conservatory used to be an absolutely freezing room— a space that was rarely used and completely lacked style or comfort.

By upgrading to a fully insulated roof, adding an insulated wall, installing air conditioning and spraying the dark brown interior, we’ve completely transformed how this room feels and functions.

It’s now a warm, inviting sitting area that’s used every single day — proving that with the right design decisions, even the most neglected spaces can become the heart of the home.

A perfect example of turning wasted space into something truly beautiful and practical ✨

Room 1 of this full house transformation 🤍

We wanted this living room to feel calm, cosy and inviting — somewhere you instantly want to sit down and relax. Soft neutral tones, warm textures and layered lighting help bring the whole space together, while the fireplace creates a beautiful focal point for the room.

The statement chandelier adds a little bit of drama, and the styling pieces finish the space with warmth and personality.

A shredded-wheat roof worthy of a storybook cottage, sugar-glass windows glowing from within, a matchstick pagoda, squidgy seating around the fire pit, bon bon topiary, an After Eight pathway, a miniature bin store, and Munchies as rocks in the water feature. And all led lit!!
Even in edible form, it captures the precision and detail that define Jo Sloanes.

This stunning home transformation combines sophistication and function in perfect harmony. A bespoke wine room takes centre stage, framed with sleek glass doors and glowing ambient lighting to showcase every vintage in style. Above, a contemporary library and reading nook creates a warm retreat, complete with custom shelving and statement lighting.
The new oak staircase with glass balustrade ties the levels together seamlessly, blending natural textures with modern design. Every detail — from the herringbone, porcelain flooring to the layered lighting — has been crafted to balance elegance and comfort.
