Woven top and shelf with bamboo frame it really is unique. An amazing side table for holding a lamp, or putting your cuppa.

We had never seen such a cabinet so our initial thoughts as to dentist/medical were nearly right…..this magnificent item is in fact an Opticians/Optometrists bureau. It was the pull out and sloping down drawer that clinched it for us as this is where the tray of lenses would have been stored.
Made from solid oak with a pull-down tambour ‘door’ pigeon holes, 2 drawers and a pull out writing top. Also a glazed and etched Sterilizer cupboard.
All in all, a one off piece, we think American due to spelling so what a life it’s had to get here.
Full of character which could easily sit in any setting and what a talking point.
Measuring 63 cms wide x 58 cms deep x 119 cms high
Now an amazing price of £250 with free local delivery.
