Morning .. just a little word .. for once I actually couldn’t talk much as too emotional on video…so bit of a long post I’m afraid…Well end of another chapter for us and what a chapter from first riding in this fantastic car in Australia 🇦🇺 in 2014 and being with my childhood sweetheart again after 35yrs (tell you one thing for sure sunshine doesn’t make you grow 😂that’s a myth😂) life was beginning to get sweet again and real for me . After the pain, trauma and sorrow of losing my late husband Dick, and never believing I would ever function again without him look what happened!!! 🥰.. I expect most of you know, Clive and I only ever met again because of Dick, he helped us find each other again before he left and he wanted to know i would be looked after when he’d gone. 😢🪽
We didn’t  think that Clive would have to look after me quite so much. Starting with a carotid artery dissection in 2016 first time I nearly popped off and pretty disastrous ever since .  The brain surgery in 2018 now that definitely nearly finished me off because at the same time as Surgery I got meningitis just to be greedy I thought I’d have meningitis again in 2019. Which has left lasting damage..Life indeed has been quite difficult for me/us but at the same time I feel I am the luckiest woman in the world. Not only have I been lucky to have Love again from the most caring, wonderful person but three grown children who have made me a very proud mum, one gorgeous stepson and now three beautiful bouncy happy Grandchildren who have given me the very reason to fight everything that comes. Boy does it keep coming, now on a daily total of 32 drugs a day.. blimey Ahy!!
Enough of the heavy stuff you don’t need to know all that rubbish.
Amongst it all we’ve had a ball. From doing the first event when people had never seen a mobile coffee, then paying our first pitch fee of £25 and the takings struggling to £20 after being on our feet for hours 😤 Is this going to work we thought.  Like everything we do, we stuck at it and dug deep with hundreds and hundreds of events that we loved, met hundreds and hundreds of wonderful people ,shouted at quite a few dogs for cocking legs against my flipping Coffee Cruiser stand 🤬 grimaced at people for putting 8 sugars and syrup in our coffee 🤢🤮 you know who you are!! and children for rocking the table knocking everything over. 😂 Clive hated doing baby chinos by the way 😂 so I always asked if they wanted one .. Yes, what a lucky girl I’ve been .. A really massive thank you to Mark Wi******er Coffee School for roasting & supplying all the kilos of the best coffee ever. Ending with a big THANKYOU to all you guys that have stuck with us it’s meant alot x
One last thing it’s like being at the Oscars 😂 .. are you still reading? Or nodded off 🤨
I personally want to thank Clive, for leaving his beautiful beloved country for me, for his never ending belief in us and the coffee and his never ending love and care for me and my family. Thank you my darling little man 😍😘 And thank god you learned to make the BEST flat white 😂
