🥵 Today was a HOT one 🥵

It is somehow still 31 degrees, I got sunburnt and the machine in Fern is still not fixed. But! We did get to enjoy some delightful honeycomb ice-cream from the elite New Forest Ice Cream Factory at and enjoyed the slightly shaded Prospect Park for a seaside picnic with Carole Waters 🙌

With a catch up with Whipped Up as well, it's been a very productive and wonderful day ❤️

Thank you to everyone that bought coffees today, we hope the heatwave was made more bearable 🥵

See you tomorrow 7-3! As it's cooler in the morning, why not head out for a little walk before work? I promise you it'll be grand ☕

Oh my goodness, I haven’t posted properly in ages… and this is why 😂🤍

The Bramble & Butter kitchen has been very, very busy.

Father’s Day boxes, birthday boxes, carrot cakes, flapjacks and plenty more have all been leaving the kitchen recently — and this week is another big one with 6 cake orders and 7 afternoon tea boxes to work through.

The heat is definitely bringing some fun new challenges too. Adding oven heat to an already 30° kitchen is… intense 😂 but we’re getting through it so far. Tomorrow is looking even warmer though, so I’ll report back!

Another milestone for Bramble & Butter — my Level 2 Food Safety certificate arrived just in time for my upcoming inspection, which suddenly makes everything feel very official ✨

Soft insides, crunchy cinnamon baked to perfection, warm cream cheese frosting ... It's the perfect treat for this beautiful Tuesday ✨

Well, the universe clearly wanted me to just enjoy the sunshine today 🌞

The machine has packed in again today at Salisbury Cancer Research UK Race for Life so I am only able to serve soft drinks 🫠

Klaudia however is going to be open soon and will be absolutely smashing it out in Hythe for Father's Day ☕

So she's open 11-3 , make sure you go down for a lil marina walk. Just grab yourself some suncream, your favourite iced coffee from the and enjoy the beautiful weather ❤️🌞

Okay so today was manic and I didn't get around to posting! But we've had a wonderful time today smashing it out at Cancer Research UK Race for Life at Southampton Common and Abbie smashed it out the water at Hythe Pier ☕

Tomorrow is Father's Day ❤️ as usual, us at Howleys will be open 11-3 with a DEAL 🙌

Father's drink free ✨ SO LONG as there are two other drinks purchased and the father isn't paying 😘

Fern and I were over at the New Forest Business Show - with unfortunately a blown coffee machine 🫪 we're trying to get that fixed but it has been a wonderfully busy day otherwise ☕ a brilliant load of small businesses from the New Forest are represented here today and it's had such a brilliant atmosphere 🥹
