During the pandemic we have been inundated with customer contacts, measure requests and orders. We’re looking for an enthusiastic new addition to our Sales Team to help us continue to meet our customers' demands and continue to provide excellent customer service on a daily basis.
This role is a full-time, permanent position, working 4 week days and 1 weekend day. We can be flexible with the successful candidate in choosing which 1 day during the week and 1 day at the weekend they have off.
What you'll do:
- Provide friendly, helpful advice to our customers
- Use Discount Warehouse Totton Ltd systems to answer emails & phone call queries
- Answer technical questions about the
flooring, bedding and services we supply
- General admin including but not limited to placing orders and booking fittings
What we’re looking for:
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Happy working in a busy environment as an individual as well as in a team
- Open to being flexible with hours
- Willingness to learn new systems
- GCSE level of C or above in Maths and English
- Previous customer service experience in any capacity (preferably in carpet retail)
