Working alongside an incredible team of studio designers, construction specialists and sound engineers, we were entrusted with crafting the centrepiece of a studio built for serious music production.

A striking bespoke media unit designed to anchor the living and kitchen space with confidence and elegance. Crafted using Primo Fiore decorative panelling, the design is elevated with in-house bronzed metallic fluting and refined framing, creating depth, contrast, around the TV.

Integrated remote-controlled Bluetooth lighting is discreetly set within the display sections and framing, offering adjustable mood settings to transform the atmosphere from day to night and provide the perfect backdrop for entertaining or relaxing.

The unit is grounded by a run of deep, seamless drawers, engineered for generous storage and fitted with runners for smooth, soft-close performance and long-term reliability. Every element works together to balance form and function, resulting in a true focal point that brings cohesion, warmth, and bespoke craftsmanship to our client’s home.

This vibrant bespoke bookcase for has been designed as a playful yet beautifully crafted feature within the children’s playroom, where imagination and craft come together.

The bold, deep blue cabinetry painted by immediately sets the tone — confident, fun, and full of character. Keeping an organised and practical space for family life.

The standout feature is the hidden walk-through bookcase. Cleverly disguised within the cabinetry, a single book acts as the secret trigger — gently pulled to release the mechanism, allowing the entire bookcase to pivot smoothly like a door. This reveals a concealed entrance into the TV snug beyond, turning an everyday bookcase into an interactive and memorable design feature.

I love the little details Sally’s included, from the playful handles and scalloped shelf details she wanted incorporated in design.More than just storage, this bespoke bookcase becomes part of the experience — encouraging curiosity, play and discovery while remaining highly functional.

A perfect example of how bespoke design can be imaginative, practical and full of character.

A refined and practical addition to the entrance hall, these two bespoke shoe storage benches were designed and crafted to bring calm, order, and understated elegance to the first impression of the home.

Each bench features clean, panelled doors that maintain a classic, timeless aesthetic, while discreetly concealing pull-out internal drawers behind them. This clever detail allows shoes to be accessed easily without visual clutter, keeping the hallway looking effortlessly tidy and considered.

Finished in a soft, muted tone to complement the interior scheme and topped with oak bench seating, the units strike the perfect balance between durability and warmth. The oak tops provide a practical seating area for putting shoes on and off, while adding a natural contrast that elevates the overall design.

Designed, manufactured, and installed entirely in-house, these bespoke benches are tailored precisely to the space—both functionally and visually—showcasing how thoughtful joinery can transform an everyday area into something truly special.

Made and installed by James Lescott Bespoke Interiors for our much-treasured repeat clients at Charters Property, Ludlow.

Crafted in dark oak stained veneers, the piece was carefully balanced to sit harmoniously within the rich, moody tones of this beautiful property. The shelving composition brings both architectural weight and softness, creating depth while allowing curated objects to breathe within the space.

A considered leather collaboration was introduced to complement the surrounding palette, adding warmth, texture and a subtle sense of luxury. The cabinetry is finished with bespoke, hand-designed handles, inspired by and replicating the footprint of the property itself — a quiet but meaningful detail that grounds the furniture firmly in its setting.

Every element was thoughtfully proportioned and handcrafted, ensuring the piece feels both timeless and deeply personal — a reflection of the enduring relationship we value with Charters Property and our shared appreciation for understated, intelligent design.

We provide a render to our clients as well as 2D designs and technical drawings to show the intricate detailing we discuss and how it works with the carefully selected materials and profiles we’ve proposed to give you a really special experience and something you can be proud of in your home with friends and family visiting.

It may seem overwhelming with the amount of work that we can provide but a compelling step by step consultation, the clients reactions after presentation makes it even more personal and exciting for us as a team before production starts in the workshop.
