A small roofing job, Asbestos roof tiles removed , all woodwork hepa vacuumed, attic insulation checked for debris and left in situ till stage 2.
The roof was then made watertight. When the next stage of the extension goes ahead I will be there again to remove all insulation and give the area another hepavac. Insulation left so that it keeps warmth in till work commences.

Large industrial unit, removal of double skinned asbestos cement roof sheets with fibreglass insulation. Work was carried out from the inside using 2 teams on scissor lifts.

Removal of a prefabricated double garage with asbestos roof.
We then erected a large garden building with decking as a replacement.
The garden room has fully insulated walls, floors and ceiling and is clad in cedar.

Removal of chrysotile cement ceiling sheets in a single garage. As usual the work site was kept clean at all times.
Once the sheets were removed whole, the nail holes were drilled whilst being shadow vacuumed to make sure there was no cement debris left in the timber.
Then the whole garage was hepa vacuumed using an asbestos grade machine. All areas and surfaces hoovered and wiped.
