After my old laser breaking down I decided to buy another one but from a different company for a number of reasons.So after spending £1800 the lorry turned up to deliver it today.This is the state of the laser which was loaded like this early this morning while the driver was still in bed.The laser is the big wooden box on the left just to clarify.Needless to say I refused delivery.So I would like to thank DX Delivery for showing respect and professionalism in handling customers freight.And to add insult to injury the explanation I got from the warehouse manager as to how the laser ended like this beggars belief.What an absolute shower!!!!!!

The laser was refused by me due to the potential damage that the machine might have as there are lots of things inside the machine that are delicate and and fragile.Added to the fact that there's also water in the machine so there's a chance of leakage because of it being on its side.So as things stand I am without a laser but with a bit of luck will be up and running in a week or so when the replacement turns up.
