Ever wondered how a single oak plank becomes the mouldings, par, and other joinery components we provide.

This is our multi-rip saw in action. By passing a wide oak board through multiple blades at once, we can accurately cut it into several smaller sections in a single pass. This process improves efficiency, maximises timber yield, and creates the consistent dimensions needed for many of our bespoke joinery parts.
