Its always a lovely thing when you get invited back to quote for more work from an old customer .
10 years ago we were asked to make a bookcase .... just not any old bookcase , it needed to fill a wall in a narrow lean to extension to their house . We created a long and double height bookcase with a library rail and ladder all in Ash .
We feel we have helped create a haven to read and a showcase to books long read and adventures yet to be explored .

We were tasked with making a cupboard for a Fridge / Freezer for a existing kitchen in a cottage in Holmfirth .
It needed to be freestanding , in keeping and a focal point to the room .
So plumped for a vintage 1940's style Ice box cupboard , painted in Aga cream .
We think it looks fab , would do you think ?

Something a little different ....we were contacted by our lovely customer in Cawthorne saying they wanted a Harry Potter kitchen !

They live in a Barn Conversation and inherited a very modern kitchen which was'nt in keeping with its surroundings , so we came up with a unique look kitchen all made from Salvaged reclaimed pine that we now feel belongs in a historic home .

So no Witchcraft was used just old fashioned joinery techniques with Mortice and Tenons and pegged joints and a sprinkling of Love Wood Magic !

Finally I am able to let you know what ive been upto.

Ive been re-evaluating life and making a conscous effort to create more furniture and objects that give me pleasure and feed my soul. Im a cabinet maker that loves making & creating.
