Making IT Personal - Joining the DOTs is a scheme funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and UK local government to help people in South Yorkshire get to grips with Digital technology. Whilst learners may engage in formal learning through colleges, DOTs offer a valuable informal service as a mentor.
