NEW CONCRETE DRIVE !!

We took up this old cracked damaged driveway
Put in a new wider drive way complete with a charcoal boarder
Also renewed a few areas to the existing drive at the back 👍🏻

GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN EXTENSION!!

Before we could build this rear extension we had to take down the front part of the garage by 1.8m .
Took the old door out,cut back the roof and rebuilt
Fitted a new garage door and finished with new facia and roof trim.
Built the extension and re laid the block paving
Once water tight we opened up the rear of the existing house to create more space

NEW BOUNDARY WALL !

Took this old wall down and replaced it with a new one with pillars and blue brick toppers.
Finished off with wooden fencing for more privacy 👍🏻

GROUND FLOOR REAR EXTENSION!

Existing rear extension made bigger and removal of both top and bottom bay windows
New roof tiles,facia and new rear windows and doors finished off with a nice white render 👌🏻
We also dug the garden out to build some steps from the new doors onto the garden,raised the walls And laid a new silver Indian stone path

NEW DRIVEWAY AND REAR PATIO ALTERATION !

We have just completed this new driveway as the customers wanted more room to put their vehicles on instead of on the street.
We Rebuilt the boundary walls and some planters so they could still have a tree they planted years ago.
At the rear was an old patio which they wanted lifting so they could step out of their new rear doors.
We built a small planter and relayed the slabs with some new steps
We also raked the old joints on the existing patio and re jointed it with maintenance free resin compound
At the bottom of the drive they suffered with puddling rain water so we have installed aco drains to solve the issue 👍🏻
