Another damp proofing job completed in York last week.

This one had all the usual signs - tired plaster, damp patches and walls that had clearly had enough. After stripping things back and carrying out the damp proofing treatment, the room is now dry, fresh and ready to be painted.

The photos show the whole process from start to finish because we know everyone loves a good before and after… and because people often don’t realise how bad it looks before we work our magic 🤪

As always, we kept everything clean, tidy and finished to a high standard throughout. No cutting corners, and definitely no “that’ll do”.

Staircases have been a bit of a theme for us lately, with a few different ones completed over the last few weeks.

Some were boarded and ready to skim, others needed a bit more prep work first, but all finished nice and smooth and ready for decorating.

Staircases can be tricky areas to work in with the height, angles and tight spaces, but it’s always satisfying seeing them finished properly.

As always - clean, tidy work and a Quality Assured finish.

Over the Christmas break, we finally got round to our own spare bedroom - well overdue if we’re honest. The old built-in wardrobe came out, the walls and ceiling were fully reskimmed, and it was finished off with a fresh coat of paint. With a bit of help from some IKEA flat-pack, the room is now brighter, smoother and completely transformed.

Whether we’re working in our own home or yours, the standard is exactly the same. Clean, tidy, and done properly - Quality Assured. We treat every job as if it were our own house.

We’re home! 😃✈️

After a fabulous holiday in Asia, we’re finally back and settling in. If you’ve tried to reach us over the last few weeks, we’re really sorry for the delay — our phones have been off while we were away. 🇹🇭🌴
