These old sofas were in need of some TLC.
The seats had sunk so needed new interiors. The leather in some areas had completely broken down and needed to be repaired. The front boarders on the seats were irreparable and needed to be replaced with new leather hide that was dyed to match.
But the finished result speaks for itself and these old sofas now have plenty more years left in them 👍

This 1940’s chaise with a drop down arm was a tough one. A lot of hours went into this. The back and arms needed to be re-foamed and the seat padded. And the deep buttoning took lots of planning and patience. But the end result was worth it. The owner of this piece chose a designer fabric for the seat and we have to admit it’s an eye catching feature 👌

Ooops… this poor chaise was attacked by a dog 😬
Luckily we were able to patch up the damaged areas using the same fabric and now nobody would know 👍

This old armchair was beginning to show its age. But after some work on the damaged areas, its looking much better 👍

Oops…. The poor old arm of this sofa had suffered a dog attack! But thankfully we were able to repair it

Sometimes you just need more space!
So this latest project was to reduce a 2 seater sofa into a chair. And we think it turned out rather well 🙂

It's been a real pleasure to see this one through and enhance what was already a beautiful kitchen with seating in pistachio green vinyl.
