📣📣 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT📣📣

Hi Everyone, Nicci here. I just wanted to share with you all our very exciting news! In a few weeks time, Zut Alors Upholstery is going to be completely rebranding! I have been running Zut Alors for quite some time now and we have done nothing but grow! Now is the time where I bring my husband, Paul Evans , on board, as we bring you a joint business of not just everything upholstery, but also bespoke carpentry services too! This will include made to measure commissions to bespoke handmade furniture. Watch this space for the launch of 'Timber and Twine' we hope you will all stay on board with following us and sharing, once we are up and running. Thank you all for your amazing support so far, we are so excited to see what this new chapter will bring.

It's nearly tools down for a week, but here is one of our final deliveries before Christmas. A beautiful footstool made completely from scratch by Nicci and her husband, Paul (our in house carpenter)!
A special request from Nicci's customer was to use her daughter's cot mattress as part of the make up. So we did! A sentimental piece for years to come! 🥰

Well these were a labour of love! A pair of original Great Western Railway Pullman chairs. Nicci was delighted to have the opportunity to upholster these. Both traditionally upholstered, in keeping with their original design. Returned to Royal Victoria Country Park today, to a wonderful chap who runs the railway there. 🚂😍

Nicci's recent delivery to a returning customer. A pretty buttoned chair with a matching stool. The light doesn't quite do the fabric justice... this funky fabric is paired with a splash of bright yellow on the legs 😍. We love it!

What a beautiful bench seat and matching scatter cushion. Created and delivered by Nicci this weekend. Lovely to see that Prim, the dog, gives her approval too! 🥰

A round up of the latest that has come through the workshop!
- A lovely window seat cushion....Nicci upholstered this many years ago in a purple velvet, her customer has recently had a colour scheme change, so Nicci has reupholstered the cushion to match the new scheme 😍.
- A lovely vintage stool, currently for sale in our Etsy shop
- A set of dining room chairs and a matching headboard for another of Nicci's returning customers.

Keep your eyes peeled for the next couple of jobs currently heading for the workbench..... some little clues.... bright and funky.....and choo choo 🚂👀.
