We are thrilled to showcase our recent work with the Balkerne Restaurant at Colchester Institute. As part of a major refurbishment launched by Milsom Hotels & Restaurants, we supplied the bespoke seating and tables that define the restaurant’s new industrial-inspired aesthetic.

From the modernised bar to the industrial-inspired dining area, our tables and chairs were selected to create a professional, vibrant learning environment for the next generation of chefs and front-of-house stars.

It was an honour to be part of a project that directly contributes to the future of UK hospitality.
