After over 10 years working together as Halo Design and Halo Steel, Anthony Fanshawe is leaving the business.

When moving to Cornwall in 2009, Ant was one of the first creatives I met and we quickly decided to work together on projects including Shepherds Huts, Vehicle Conversions and many great ideas in between, eventually purchasing the Halo steel yard here in 2018.

Ant has been crucial to the success of this business we have built together, and I know many of you will miss him as much as we will.

Ant's last working day will be Friday 29th July so do pop in if you wish to see him and say cheerio, and I know you’ll join me and the team, in wishing him every great success in his future endeavours in and around Cornwall.

We welcome in a New Year with our exciting new project Halo Plasma, based at the steelyard.

We have a new Instagram page combining Halo Steel and Halo Plasma, so do give us a follow to keep up to date with this great new service, combining everything you know and love about Halo.

We reopen the steel yard on Tuesday 4th January.

Wadebridge Bike Lights 2019 - Fire and Steam theme.

This sculpture was a collaboration between Halo Steel and Kernow fireworks with the assistance of a 30 ton crane we rained fireworks down on Wadebridge.

It was a great night, well done to all who took part and gave their time to produce this event.

We’re the kind of people who make nearly everything, you name it we’ve done it....so it stands to reason we get asked to do weird stuff and regular stuff for friends and people we meet, with the immortal words “I don’t suppose you do......”

We had a run on these mini Shepherds Huts one Christmas and ended up feeling like Father Christmas, creeping around gardens on Christmas Eve!

Are their days of us making them over? We’re not sure with our workload whether to remove them from our list or not...
