Its been a while since my last post and I thought it was about time to show you all what I've been working on.

Made from reclaimed wood and scavenged parts. Only the fixings and the odd bit has had to be bought.
Sorry for the lack of editing and staging, but I am running out of space to display 😅

Decided that blood red wasn't going feature on these shelves (mainly because there was none shed today!).

Very happy with the way they turned out. Just a couple of tweaks and they'll be up on Etsy.

I took on this project back in January.

As you can see the stool had had a hard life, most recently as a saw horse. What you can't see is how rickety it was 😬
I know from having the displeasure of sitting on it and having my life flash before my eyes on more than one occasion!

I dismantled, stripped the flaking paint, filled the gouges from the saw, repaired the staves (that were damaged when I took it apart), reassembled, glued, filled some more, popped on some new glide pads for the feet to eliminate the wobble and painted....note: I'm not a fan of painting.
