Roots

Founder and President Richard Jamieson developed his passion for solid wood furniture and old world craftsmanship while growing up in his grandparents’ log cabin. Having owned a small sawmill in Oregon, he became further interested in reforestation, sustainable harvesting, and utilizing salvaged logs and lumber. His travels have taken him to over 50 countries, all of which have influenced his sense of style. A former USMC officer and college professor, for the past 20 years he has enjoyed developing original and custom crafted furniture for distributors, resorts, and private homes.
