To all customers far and wide, we would like to stress that although our range and shop is now closed to the public following today’s announcement, all items are still available for purchase via our website. A full update has been posted via our website but please do not hesitate to email us with any query you may have during this period.

As it currently stands Idleback LTD remains open. It is important to mention to all of our range members that we will be offering an extension of membership to anybody who cannot come in due to poor health.
We do not want any of our valued members losing out and would rather you all remain safe.
Idleback chairs will continue to be manufactured and produced as usual, however, a delay in shipping times may occur so please be patient.
In addition, we strongly advice that you not only think of yourself, but those surrounding you in this situation.
As of tomorrow our open hours are temporarily changing for the rest of the week - we will keep you all posted for the weeks to follow.
We ask that anybody who does not feel well or find themselves to be in close proximity to the elderly or vulnerable to not visit.
