Newly installed magnet kitchen fitted with quartz worktops, along with walls knocked through to create an open plan kitchen and dining area.
New floor tiles have been laid and a patio door fitted to allow access to the garden.
This was a great job for some really nice customers, hope you enjoy your new open plan living.

Here we have a large rear extension with aluminium sliding patio doors,we have installed three large roof windows to maximise the natural light into this now new extended kitchen and living area. This extension has had a newly installed kitchen and utility area.

We have also installed new windows throughout the property, finished off with a full re render on the new extension and existing house.

This project will follow on with a porcelain patio to the rear to finish this lovely looking home off ready for the summer.

A raised decking area constructed from the loft conversion project in Monmouth. This deck is constructed with a rubber membrane layer preventing the lower patio area to stay nice and dry.
The lower patio paving is 800 by 800 porcelain slabs.
To finish the decking area will be a glass balustrade on the front.

A timber frame and roof structure getting completed ready for this week’s brickwork. This will be finished off with roof tiles and velux windows.

New project undertaken in Monmouth, A rear extension to add more living space. This will be a timber frame internal construction and brick to face the external. Vaulted roof with two velux windows to allow more light into room. Several knock throughs to complete along side the extension. Timber frame and roof structure being installed this week. 🪚🔨

We knocked down the garage to replace this space with a side extension creating a bedroom and open plan living area.

Larch cladding on the extension with new render to the existing house. Bifolds and a new sliding door to the rear of the house allowing light and access to the new patio area.

Our project in Monmouth

A big difference to front and back elevations with a new re roof using composite slates and flat roof to the rear with a new re render.

To the rear is a loft conversion adding 3 new bedrooms with 3 en suites. Composite cladding to rear.

Following work to the property will be raised decking with a patio to the lower level.

A nice week to end the year with our customers in Monmouth on our current loft conversion project.
A bootroom fit out, along with new oak balustrades. Photos of the finished loft conversion to follow.
