We pride ourselves on producing the very finest in Shabby Chic Furniture and one offs, hand revived and finished, sourced locally, items can be purchased from our shop in Blashford, through our Facebook group or alternatively, email or call us and we can discuss your needs. We are also hoping to run courses in all sorts of handmade crafts from the workshop in Blashford, these will be on a first co

me first serve basis, prices will vary but, plenty of cups of tea, cake and laughs will be provided, along with materials...we shall make sure these courses are packed with information so you wont be disappointed.

BOX OF DELIGHTS

Craft box of allsorts for lockdown , no better time to be trying out new things , in between home schooling and all the other things you ladies are juggling . All boxes are different and range from £20 upwards . Make great presents and maybe you can teach your children some new crafts too .

Been a bit quiet on here recently been packing up to move but still on a mission as per usual , been making my conker washing powder I’ve trialled it and it’s brilliant , my towels and woolly jumpers are all so soft , it’s a bit of effort but it’s free and good for the environment so good enough for me . This is the post I saw that got me trying it .
So collect your conkers , ( i got about 50 kilos was worth the effort ), smash up or in my case I went industrial strength and used a garden shredder , then bought a hydrator from amazon ( more about that on another post suffice to say it’s brilliant is an understatement £35 well spent )
Dry all conker crush .
Keep in a airtight container .

To prepare liquid

Take a small amount of crush ( egg sized ) and put it in an old cafetière and add mug of hot water , leave for 30 mins if cold water is used leave overnight , the liquid will be a milky colour .

To use liquid
Strain off half the liquid into washing machine as for normal use . Set machine going
Use other half of liquid for another load .
Refill mug of water to cafetière and nuts and use as before . This can be repeated once more . So 6 loads of washing from just small amount of crush .
AlwYs keep well away from children and animals , both liquid and any conkers or conker crush . Give it a go .
