Introducing our Artistic Revival: "Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon" Side Cupboard.

In 1973, English rock legends Pink Floyd unveiled their eighth studio masterpiece, "The Dark Side of the Moon." The album's iconic design was inspired by a prism casting a beam of white light – an emblem of transcendent creativity.

Now, we've captured the essence of this musical masterpiece in our meticulously handcrafted side cupboard. Crafted from solid mango wood, this rustic gem has been transformed into a work of art. Hand-painted with delicate chalk paint and sealed with a protective layer of clear wax, it exudes a soft, elegant sheen. To accentuate the wood's natural beauty, we've treated it with h**p oil, unveiling its stunning grain in all its glory.

FOR SALE ~ LARGE SOLID WOOD CONSOLE TABLE

Handcrafted in Indonesia from solid mahogany, this 6-drawer console table is wonderful for keeping your hallway clutter-free and stylish. It boasts a French influence in its elegant shaping.

The top, the drawers and the side panels have been hand painted in Frenchchic ‘Black Jack’ which is ink black in colour. The paint has then been sealed with clear wax and buffed to give a soft sheen. I have used ‘Finishing Wax Polish’ for the mahogany wood then buffed to a lustrous sheen.

FOR SALE - ‘DAVID BOWIE’ STAG MINSTREL TALLBOY & BEDSIDES.

The Stag furniture set has been cleaned, hand sanded and hand painted in Annie Sloan Athenian Black’ Chalk Paint which is jet black in colour.

The Stag furniture set has been finished with clear wax which seals and protects the paint as well as giving the pieces a slight sheen.

Chalk paint is a decorative paint known for its matt, chalky appearance. You can see the deliberate brush marks, wax application and areas where it has been lightly hand sanded and buffed.

The insides of the drawers have been treated to some finishing wax polish, which enriches the warm wood colour.

The Bowie image on the Tallboy has been professionally hand painted in white acrylic and the splashes and splats have been created with a palette knife.

The Bowie image has been sealed with clear wax.

Modern round metal drawer k***s complete the transformation.

'I WANT TO BREAK FREE' FREDDIE MERCURY - COFFEE TABLE

This solid wood coffee table can be found in the Ancient Mariner ‘Mahogany Village’ range. The piece has been hand crafted in Indonesia using responsibly sourced raw materials.

Note the hoof feet, Queen Anne style legs, waterfall edged top, decorative drawer fronts and rich mahogany grain. The coffee table has been hand painted in Annie Sloan ‘Athenian Black’ Chalk Paint and Freddie has been hand painted in Winsor & Newton Acrylic.

The piece has then been lightly distressed and finished with clear wax to seal and protect the paint. Chalk paint is a decorative paint known for its matt, chalky appearance. You can see the deliberate brush marks, wax application and areas where it has been hand sanded and buffed.

There are occasional knots in the mahogany wood surface but this will not have any impact on durability and strength. Wood lives on in the furniture and it breathes and moves over time so minor movements that may occur are totally natural.
