We've recently completed a new wet central heating system designed installed tested and commissioned by Edward Joseph & Sons.

Our client wanted to replace the existing warm air system and update the property with a new modern wet central heating system which required a new boiler and copper piping connecting to new radiators. Each radiator is controlled locally via a TRV's.

The new boiler also provides instaneous hot water at all the hot tap outlets making the open vented hot water storage cylinder redundant from service. The property therefore benefits from additional storage space due to the removal of the open vented hot water cylinder, cold water tank and warm air heater.

Our client also benefits from a 10 year parts and labour warranty supported by the boiler manufacturer.

As well as new installations we also undertake repairs and servicing to heating systems.

Reversed a set of double Doors which included removal of casement frame for the Pilots hub Café which is based at Redhill Aerodrome.
Its a really nice spot to grab a coffee and bite to Eat whist watching the light aircraft. .
If you get a chance to visit I highly recommend the homemade chocolate brownies.

Emergency 'Call-out' to investigate faulty electric shower. Upon investigation identified poor terminations at switched spur. Replaced spur and re-terminated with good practice. Also a design check was carried out on the cable size for its load and distance from consumer unit to the shower.
You can see where the terminal has melted due to arcing.
This client acted appropriately by contacting a professional electrician.
