Reading Borough Council Committee approved 6 bedsit HMO on Hamilton Road in Reading - 1 Right Plan Planning!

Despite of parking concerns, relatively high density within the Hamilton Road area in Reading and subsequent Reading Planning Committee voting, 1 Right Plan planning and design consultancy helped to secure planning permission for a large HMO (6 bedsit) with associated access, waste, storage and private amenity space changes.
