Whether you'd love to learn to crochet from scratch, need help understanding patterns, want to learn some new stitches, or finally tackle that kit you've had tucked away for months, sessions can be tailored to suit you.

✨ Complete Beginner Course
Learn the foundations of crochet, including holding your hook and yarn, chains, double crochet, treble crochet and basic pattern reading.

🧶 1-1 Course
• 6 hours tuition (3 x 2-hour sessions)
• All materials, yarn and hooks provided

🧶 Bring a Friend Course
• 2 people
• 3 x 2-hour sessions
• £240 (save £30)

🌿 A Little Crochet Shout-Out 🌿

I just had to share this beautiful blanket with you all and give a special shout-out to its maker. 💕

This lovely lady joined one of my Beginner Crochet Courses just last summer, having never crocheted before. Fast forward a year and, well... I think it's safe to say she's completely caught the crochet bug! 🧶😉

Just look at what can be achieved with a little patience, practice, and a genuine love for your new hobby. The colours, the detail, the neat joins, and those gorgeous pinwheel blocks are simply stunning. ✨

As a teacher, moments like this make me incredibly proud. Watching someone go from learning how to hold a hook to creating something as beautiful as this is such a privilege.

If you've ever looked at crochet and thought, "I'd love to do that, but I could never make anything like this," let this be your reminder that every crocheter starts with a slip knot and a chain. 💙

It was made using merino aran and the glorious pattern from the book Patchwork Granny Square Blankets by Anita Gibney

✨ A few spaces have opened up in my crochet group classes ✨

I currently have around 5 spaces available across this month’s group sessions 🧶

These spaces don’t come up very often as classes are usually booked through my regular WhatsApp crochet group, recently I've had a few messages about my classes so I thought I’d open them up a little more this month 😊

These classes are aimed at those who already know the basics of crochet and are comfortable with stitches such as dc, htr and tc. They’re perfect for anyone wanting to build confidence, try new techniques, finish projects and enjoy crocheting in a relaxed, supportive group setting 😊

Current sessions with spaces remaining include:

• Thurs 4th June – 10am WIP
• Tues 16th June – 10am Stashbuster Bags & Blankets
• Tues 16th June – 7pm Stashbuster Bags & Blankets
• Weds 17th June – 7pm Mandalas

Classes are organised through a private WhatsApp group where I post the monthly schedule, workshops, WIP sessions and available spaces.

I keep classes intentionally small so everyone gets plenty of help and support, and the group has become such a lovely little crochet community 💛

I feel like I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately… and I guess I have 🙈

The last few weeks have actually been really full with classes which I’ve loved 🥰, but if I’m honest I think I’ve lost my crojo a little bit with my own making. I’ve not been feeling 100% either, and maybe it’s just that run up to holiday feeling… everything feels a bit off and hard to settle into.

So there hasn’t been loads of crochet happening for me… just a few rows here and there on this scrappy summer wrap ☀️ using up all my DK and fi*****ng weight leftovers, which I do still love when I give it time.

I’m just going with it for now rather than forcing it… it always comes back when it’s ready 💛

I was only meant to prep for tonight’s Stitch Skills class… but these mandalas had other ideas 😅

So the last few days I’ve taken a bit of time to sit down with them — and honestly, they are so addictive 😍

They’re such a lovely way to experiment with stitches, placement, and colour without the pressure of a big project. Just pure crochet joy.

These three are from the absolutely beautiful book Making Mandalas by Emily Littlefair — and even better, it’s all written in UK terms 🙌 (no mental gymnastics needed!).

I’ve added a very real progress shot and a photo of the book too… just to prove it’s not all perfectly styled and only finished pieces here 😉
Sometimes the messy middle is the best bit.
