He lives at home with his wife in the Walmersley area of Bury.
Dave still likes to remain active and enjoys going swimming 2-3 times a week.

Hi, we’re looking for someone kind, reliable and easy-going to spend time with our 16-year-old daughter and support her out in the community.
She has Down Syndrome and absolutely loves singing, dancing, drama, music, bowling, the cinema… and anything involving food! She’s great fun to be around and this role is really about helping her build confidence, get out and about, and enjoy the things she loves.
You’d be taking her to activities, trying new things together and just making sure she has a lovely time while building her independence.
Hours:
Around 4 hours a week to start, with more available over the summer
Days: Monday or Friday (flexible)
You’ll need:
• Your own car and a driving licence- petrol will be reimbursed
• To be patient, positive and dependable
• To genuinely enjoy spending time with young people

Job Title: Personal Assistant for 16 year
Location: BURY, Greater Manchester
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour and expenses paid
Hours: 5 hours a week
This role is very flexible and will be mainly weekends,
We are seeking a confident, experienced PA to support a delightful, fun, energetic 16 year old who lives in BURY with his family and Pet dog
This is a long-term role with a welcoming family.
Jack (not his real name) loves to access a variety of activities such as , swimming, arts and crafts and football.
He enjoys going to the cinema, bowling and walking his dog
Jack thrives from 1 to 1 attention and will express his joy and happiness. To support his speech Jack uses an iPad to communicate what he wants.

Responsibilities:
• To take Jack out to his favorite places
• To ensure he is safe at all times
• To encourage and support jack to use his iPad to communicate
• To continue to promote his independence where possible

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting young people with cerebral palsy
• A patient, playful, and attentive approach to care.
• Willingness to learn
• Someone who is reliable and consistent, and able to build long-term trust with Jack and family.

Requirements:
• Enhanced DBS (processed and funded after successful application).
• Willingness to undergo any training
• Legal right to work in the UK.

02 Harry (not his real name) lives at home with his family in SHAW OLDHAM.
Harry likes going for a ride out in his wheel chair to the park, going round the shops looking at the big tvs, fish/animals just likes being out & about loves Ikea. He doesn't like places like farm parks/ theme parks. He likes to go swimming and to the trafford centre
Harry is looking for support on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 hours.
You will need to be a driver as Harry has a wheelchair adapted vehicle.
Harry has an existing PA so there are opportunities to Shadow
