As you will be aware, there are many changes happening at incredible speed that are affecting business and everyday life as a result of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. We have been working very hard to keep up with the pace of the changes and above all, protect our people and customers, their families and livelihoods, and our business.

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday evening (23rd March) we have taken the decision to close the showroom until further notice. Our factory is still running at a limited capacity until we are ordered to close.

Our staff are now working remotely and can be contacted via email or telephone should you have any inquiries.

We look forward to welcoming you back into our showroom when it is safe to do so. Until then please stay protected and follow government guidelines.

Primero Kitchens & Bedrooms would like to inform you all that we are currently open for business as usual.

The team are acutely aware of the risks associated with the pandemic, and we are constantly adapting our business model to ensure that we try to continue meeting the needs of our customers despite the fact that the situation is changing daily.

The safety of our customers and staff is paramount so we do feel it is advisable to ring the showroom beforehand if you wish to visit. According to government guidelines we would like to limit the amount of clients we have in at any one time to prevent any possible spread of infection.

We are also disinfecting surfaces and samples constantly and encouraging the sanitizing and washing of hands by all to give our clients and staff peace of mind. Please refrain from coming into the showroom if you are showing symptoms such as a dry cough or fever.

Lastly, our suppliers are open for business so lead times should not be affected. We are happy to communicate over email or phone should you wish to stay indoors. We hope everyone remains safe and healthy and look forward to hearing from you.
