First trip to Manchester for a long time last Thursday...a long round trip and 12 hour day after leaving home at 6am.
Forgot how boring a 4 and a half hour stretch can be , not to mention the return trip home to Poole via Carshalton & Wallington...money in the bank though! 😉

I have been back working (the best I can under the circumstances) the past 2 or 3 weeks, not operating full Dorset to London service at the moment but expect to be over the following couple of weeks ,depending on government guidelines and demand.
It is very difficult to observe social distancing etc. due to the nature of most collections and deliveries but we must all take as much care as we can and be patient .

Dorset (Poole) to London delivery service :
This is operated as a same day/next day service.
Trips to London area are usually Tuesday or Thursday with return trips (London to Dorset) Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday depending on which day I travel up.
If there are enough bookings (and time) I make a second trip on Thursdays with either return same day or Friday.
The route encompasses the M3 /A3 corridor with fixed prices for collections /deliveries within a 10 mile radius of BH12 5AY & SW19 8HR ( Tolls & restriction charges are extra).
Any collection or delivery point which falls directly on route (or just off) are charged at same rate per item as main areas.
There may be exceptions but prices per item generally start at £45 (eg. Bicycle, under counter white goods, small item of furniture, large removal box).
Rates increase with size of item £45/£55/£65 etc. (eg. average size sofa or double bed £65).
Part van loads range from £65-£85, Half load £120-£165, full van loads £165-£195, full van load with 1 and a half hour loading and 1 hour unloading (light removal) £250.
All prices are subject to there being help to load and unload if required ( heavy or large items) and are based on ground floor access to ground floor access.
Please message me both post codes and item details to confirm a price.
Both collection and delivery have to fit within a timed schedule though there is a certain amount of flexibility depending on locations.
I may also be able to give a lesser quote for very small items .
Daily rates for local or distance start at £130 plus fuel.
Half day (4 hours) from £85.
