Our sofas go through a full deep clean before sale, which includes all cushion covers machine washed, plus the sofa is hoovered and cleaned with a professional upholstery cleaner. Viewings welcome before purchase. All items can be paid cash on delivery for your own peace of mind. For this reason we cannot hold any items, unless you would like to leave a deposit (cash when viewing) or Bank Transfer. We are also able to take your old sofas away for a reasonable fee. The sofa has a powered recliner at both ends of the sofa, which operate smoothly and are near silent.

Overall the sofa is in a lovely condition, structurally sound with no damage.

This is a fixed cover sofa, and has just been cleaned with an upholstery cleaner.

The sofa is in a great condition, with no damage. The base cushions are fixed, so cannot be removed, the back covers can be taken off.

The sofa has just been fully cleaned with an upholstery cleaner 😃

Overall, the sofa is in a nice condition, structurally sound.

Things worth mentioning is we can see some light fading across the top of the back cusions, tried to show this in the video, and also what looks like a very small catch to the fabric at a very bottom corner, almost out of sight. We have priced to allow for this.

However, the sofa is comfortable, with no structural damage, the covers have been removed and washed and the frame freshened up with an upholstery cleaner.

It comes with a matching footstool, plus one of the coolest features we have seen is the chaise section swivels round to create a full size bed, or the perfect chillout for a movie night!

Due to its colour, a couple of marks remain which we have tried to show in the video. However, all back cushions have been removed and washed, and the rest of the frame and base cushions have been cleaned with an upholstery cleaner and has come up nice.

The sofa comes apart into two sections, however please note the chaise(swivel section) is all one long piece. So please consider this when you are considering access to your home.

Structurally the sofa is in a good solid condition, points worth mentioning are, there is some fading across the top section of the cushions, and what looks like some very small strands/fabric plucks on the arm (please see the video where I have documented this) we have priced to allow for this.

The good points, Structurally sound, the sofa has storage within the chaise section, and a pull out section which turns the sofa into a bed.

All covers have been removed and washed and the frame has been cleaned with an upholstery cleaner.
