-Old/blown haunching and pointing removed
-Blown chimney pot removed
-New pot fitted

TINY little skimming repair job at the awkward to reach top of a landing!

Customers didn't want the full ceiling to be over skimmed so just sealed, bonded and patched over the problem area then re-decorated.

-Ridges and old mortar removed
-fully re-ridged
-Verge tiles re-bedded on solid beds and pointed in.
-New bird guards fitted

Little over skim in a small Cottage kitchen

-Tiles removed
-Walls made good/old sockets filled
-Blue bonding grit and pva coat applied
-Skimmed to a smooth finish ready for decorating 👌

Great project at the beginning of the dry season! Customers were looking to give their old York stone patio and steps a face-lift.
We extended the tread and height of the steps, added a patio leading onto the lawn and relayed a section of the patio at the top. The main objective was to make the steps more user friendly but to remain in keeping with the original patio.
Great to work with original reclaimed York stone.
