Our story & philosophy

If you love the unusual, you are in the right place. Welcome!

Charlie's passion for all things nice started as a child. Her father was an antiques dealer through the 50's, 60's and 70's and her mother had a keen eye for a shiny diamond. Let's just say Charlie knows what she likes and it's her passion and experience that enables us to locate, resell & upcycle the most wonderful items, so you can enjoy them as part of your home.

​Lee trained as a carpenter before moving into media and becoming a creative. He spent 20 years working with global brands and now looks after the restoration side of the business. Swapping mouse for sandpaper and paintbrush, he is also a dab hand with a tin of Brasso and is somewhat of a perfectionist. Nothing leaves the warehouse unless it is up to par.
